Working at a small businesses development agency for four years, I learned invaluable knowledge and skills to succeed in the B2B sales space. For two years, I implemented, customized and managed CRMs, ticketing systems, project management, marketing automation, email campaign software etc. across dozens of industries. I increased the productivity and profit of dozens of businesses by implementing the software solutions according to their specific business use cases.
For the next two years, I built out our companies sales operations workflow: prospecting process, sales process, pipeline management, quoting process, and client onboarding process, and researched and determined best outbound sales strategies for our industry: prospecting software, cold emailing, cold calling, outside networking.​
